Hello my Student!

I'm glad to get back once again on our virtual classroom and to welcome new students each year. The theme for this week will be:
"Global Communication"
Write a short essay including 130-150 words.
Communication is always in search of people relations, looking for and and sharing it with each other. It penetrates all our activities: leisure time, job, education, and our social environments. Communication is simultaneous the symbol of freedom, democracy, emancipation.
How much is it important in our everyday life?
How has it evolved through years, ages?

Happy Easter!

Hello my Dear students!

I hope you had a great Easter!

Here you will find two more exercises. The first one has to do with definite and indefinite articles: a/an/the or nothing.

While the second one is a five star exercise, and the student who does it, takes a ten immediately.

5. Countable, Specific Nouns : Undefined or Defined?
Choose A, B, or C.
If you can answer the question,
"Which...?" about the word in italics,
choose the.

If you cannot answer the question,
"Which...?" about the word in italics,
choose a / an or Ø (no article).

Note
Adjectives do not usually define a noun; they create a sub class.
"German beer" is a sub class of "beer".
Only superlative adjectives define a noun - because there is only one of a class that is the best, biggest, longest, etc.

Hello my students!

I was amazed, and delighted to read your impressive work you had posted on your address blog. Let us work more and enrich our English language.
Often we need to look further for supporting information, consulting books newspapers, journals, the Internet.

How can you find your way through the abundance of information and choose what you need? You simply can't do it unless you know how to evaluate the many streams of information flooding in on us from all directions..............

Another important skill in debate is listening to what others say. Not just hearing them, but actually listening to them. Debate also requires oratory skill. But you can not learn to speak eloquently and effectively until you have learned to think clearly.
One of the main goals of creating this page is to present our ideas so that we can understand each other and above all cosolidate our English knowledge.

Thank you
